Instructions for Using Sigma Profiler

Follow these steps to get the most out of your assessment experience.

Important Notice Before You Begin
  • Payment Processing: All purchases are processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's terms and privacy policy.
  • Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
  • Educational Purpose: This assessment is for personal development only and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
  • Data Privacy: Your responses may be used in anonymized form to improve our AI models. Personal identifiers are never shared with third parties.
  • Refund Policy: All sales are final once your report is generated. Payment disputes must be addressed through Paddle Support.
  • Account Access: You will have lifetime access to your generated report until you retake the assessment.
1. Before You Start
  • Ensure you are using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
  • Set aside uninterrupted time in a quiet environment where you can focus completely.
  • The Professional assessment takes about 1 hour to complete.
  • The Executive assessment takes about 2-3 hours to complete.
  • Have a stable internet connection to avoid losing progress during assessment and report generation.
  • Log in using your preferred sign-in method before beginning the assessment process.
  • Close unnecessary tabs, applications, and notifications to minimize distractions and maintain focus.
  • Keep a notepad or digital notes app handy in case you want to record insights as you progress through questions.
  • Ensure your device has sufficient battery life or is plugged in for longer assessments.
  • Review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to understand how your data will be used.
2. During the Assessment
  • Answer honestly and instinctively — there are no right or wrong answers, only authentic responses.
  • You may pause and resume at any time; your progress will be automatically saved to your account.
  • Read each question carefully and take time to consider your response before answering.
  • Privacy Protection: Do not share sensitive personal information such as full names, addresses, social security numbers, financial details, or government IDs in your responses.
  • Provide detailed, thoughtful answers when possible — depth and specificity improve the quality and personalization of your final report.
  • Draw from real-life examples and experiences rather than hypothetical situations for more accurate insights.
  • Answer based on your current mindset and behavior patterns, not how you aspire to be in the future.
  • Stay focused on one question at a time rather than multitasking or rushing through responses.
  • If you're unsure about a question, provide your best honest response rather than skipping it.
  • Take breaks between sections if needed, but try to complete each section in one sitting for consistency.
3. Report Generation Process
  • Once you submit your final assessment responses, report generation will begin automatically.
  • The report generation process takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete using our AI analysis systems.
  • Please remain patient during processing — do not refresh the page or close your browser.
  • The completed report will automatically load and display once generation is finished.
  • Longer, more detailed responses may slightly increase processing time but significantly improve report personalization and accuracy.
  • Your report will be automatically saved to your account dashboard for future access.
  • If processing seems delayed beyond 15 minutes, contact support@ruleyourmind.org for assistance.
4. After Report Completion
  • Your personalized report will be immediately available in your account dashboard for lifetime access.
  • Review all sections of the report carefully, focusing on insights most relevant to your current goals.
  • Use the highlighting or note-taking features to mark key insights and action items.
  • Export your report as a PDF for offline access, printing, or sharing with coaches or mentors.
  • Consider scheduling follow-up sessions with professional coaches or mentors to discuss insights in depth.
  • Implement recommended action steps gradually rather than attempting all changes at once.
  • You may retake the assessment after 3–6 months to measure personal growth and track behavioral changes.
  • Share appropriate insights (not the full report) with trusted colleagues, family members, or professional development contacts.
5. Tips for Best Results
  • Be specific and descriptive in your answers — avoid one-word responses or generic statements.
  • Use concrete examples from your real professional and personal experiences rather than abstract descriptions.
  • Answer consistently with your current behavior patterns, not your aspirational self or how others expect you to respond.
  • Stay authentic and honest — the AI analysis is designed to provide helpful insights, not judge your responses.
  • Focus completely on each question rather than multitasking or rushing through the assessment.
  • If you're between two response options, choose the one that reflects your more frequent behavior pattern.
  • Consider your responses across different contexts (work, home, social situations) for a balanced perspective.
  • Don't overthink questions — your initial instinct often provides the most authentic response.
  • Take the assessment when you're in a normal mental state, not during periods of significant stress or major life changes.
  • Remember that this assessment captures your current state — personal development is an ongoing process.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also impose reasonable limits on the use of certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without notice or liability.

About Sigma Profiler

Empowering leaders through AI-powered personality insights and development.

1. Our Mission

At Sigma Profiler (owned and operated by PRECISION PROFILERS), we believe that exceptional leadership isn't born—it's developed. Our mission is to democratize access to high-quality personality and leadership assessments that were previously only available to Fortune 500 executives and elite leadership programs.

By combining advanced AI technology with robust psychological frameworks, we provide insights that are not only scientifically grounded but also affordable, scalable, and available to anyone committed to personal and professional growth.

We strive to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their development journey—without barriers, without bias, and without unnecessary costs.

2. Our Story

Sigma Profiler began in 2024 as the vision of a solo entrepreneur who wanted to create a better way to understand and develop self-leadership traits without spending thousands of dollars on traditional assessments.

The goal was simple yet ambitious: to build a fully automated system that could rigorously evaluate leadership and personality characteristics without the limitations of human subjectivity or oversight. Human reviewers often miss subtle nuances—our AI is designed to capture them with precision and consistency.

What started as a personal project has since grown into a platform trusted by individuals worldwide who want accurate, confidential, and actionable insights into their growth potential.

3. Our Values
  • Privacy First: Your data belongs to you, and we're committed to keeping it secure.
  • Complete Confidentiality: All assessments are processed by AI only—no human ever reviews your responses.
  • Actionable Insights: We focus on practical recommendations you can implement immediately.
  • Continuous Improvement: We're constantly refining our algorithms based on user feedback and outcomes.
  • Accessibility: High-quality leadership development should be available to everyone, not just Fortune 500 executives.
